Kumamoto Castle

Kumamoto Castle is located in Kumamoto in Kumamoto Prefecture. Kumamoto Castle is considered one of the three premier castles in Japan, along with Himeji Castle and Matsumoto Castle. Kumamoto Castle's history dates to 1467, when fortifications were established by Ideta Hidenobu. The castle got expended or reconstructed in 1496, 1607, and 1960. the castle is constructed using Wood, stone, plaster and tile.
